Hosted as the kickoff event for the 2014 Pueblo Crossroads series, the Bernie Jojola Memorial Challenge will feature a 5K course that can be completed as a run, walk or optional challenge/obstacle course. Join the Pueblo of Isleta Diabetes Prevention Program and Parks & Recreation at Big Mama Hill for this is a FREE event. Representatives from other Pueblo Crossroads-Affiliated Tribes will be in attendance along with Wings.

Directions to Big Mamma Hill-

Enter: “34.871715, -106.666662” into google maps on your smartphone OR

-Take I-25 Exit 215 (the Casino exit) and head south on Broadway Blvd. SE (Highway 47) towards Bosque Farms

-Go past where you would turn right to cross the river and head over to Isleta Pueblo (Proper)

-Just after passing “Advantage Homes”, Tribal Rd. 10 (if you go past the C-Store w/a Subway you’ve gone too far

-Stay on Tribal Rd. 10 until you see the Isleta Baseball Field on your left. YOU MADE IT!

2014 Pueblo Crossroads Series Flyer

This event will count towards the Wings repeat-attendee incentive program for eligible participants. Criteria for earning incentives from Wings for the 2014 season are as follows:

***Must be a member of a Pueblo Crossroads-affiliated Tribe to be eligible for incentive program***

***Must complete a Wings registration form or sign in on the Wings checklist prior to each Crossroads run***

Incentive Levels-

4 or more events attended- Wings t-shirt with Pueblo Crossroads logo

6 or more events attended- Nike gym sack with crossroads logo

8 or more events attended- Free registration to the 2015 “Indian Running” Coaches’ Clinic (June) in Albuquerque
